Outdoor Living Area Design
AenZay designed the rooftop as a highly developed outdoor living space that incorporates relaxation, entertainment and functionality all at once in one setting based on Modern Luxury Home Interior Design principles. The space is neatly split between separate sections intended for socializing and cooking activities, which allows the space to be utilized for major parties & family gatherings. The major section consists of a spacious seating area with a big fire pit surrounded by a sectional sofa where one can easily relax and have a chat. Wooden deck flooring is used to demarcate the zone, while the slatted pergola roof with integrated lights and hanging planters creates comfortable shade and adds to the aesthetics of the place. Walled areas in the vicinity feature a variety of stacked stone materials combined with travertine, as well as recessed lighting and decorations to provide extra coziness. A special attention is paid to the creation of a comfortable corner near a wall with greenery that contains a hanging chair for additional seating options and a secluded area to relax in. We created an excellent plan that ensures the space has both an inviting feel and is very elegant at the same time being very functional. Cream-colored sofas with cushions that have various designs are used as the primary seating arrangements, together with coffee tables that are made from marble, which are a bit luxurious to add more sophistication to the lounge. The room was designed as an upscale multi-functional place, integrating elements of rest, studying, and fun in the carefully planned interior layout following the concept of Modern Luxury Home Interior Design. It was planned to turn into a comfortable and fashionable place for a person whose lifestyle is rather active. For example, in the sleeping zone, there is a tufted velvet headboard set against the feature wall with abstract mountain line textures and backlit. Minimal Boys Bathroom Interior
In order to create the design for the boy’s bathroom, AenZay applied an industrial style of design that is all about geometry, texture, and luxury in function. This concept has been designed with consideration to the elements and principles of Modern Luxury Home Interior Design. In the vanity section, there is a floating dark wood console with slats vertically, along with a gray colored stone countertop, capsule mirror, and a modern light fixture. It serves as the focal point of the room, bringing together functionality and style. Less is definitely more when it comes to materials used for decoration since the designer made use of beige large format marble tiles and a feature wall of an earth toned stone. In terms of contrast in materiality, the large format beige marble tiles stand out against the rough textured earth toned stones that serve as a backdrop in the wet area of the bathroom. Minimalistic Bathroom Interior Design
As part of Modern Luxury Home Interior Design, the bathroom designed by AenZay has been intended to be an inviting and elegant room in which comfort, functionality, and materials converge. The idea behind the bathroom design was to combine relaxation and functionality in the most efficient manner, thus creating an ideal environment. Large stones textured tiles have been used in warm sandy brown colors for the creation of the general background of the bathroom design. This background complements a floating black marble vanity, an extra tall rectangular mirror with lighting going up to the ceiling, and a frosted glass window fitted with dark horizontal blinds providing privacy. According to the design, the bathroom has been separated into several functional zones, which provide additional comfort and organization. For instance, the walk-in shower includes such components as a ceiling mounted rain shower, a built-in bench with a dark stone surface, and a textured feature wall creating additional depth and diversity. Therefore, the walk-in shower can be considered as a comfortable and functional area. Besides, there is a separate toilet zone placed behind a clean divider panel, including a wall hung commode and integrated shelving for towels and other necessary items.

We created an elegant yet functional kitchen based on Modern Luxury Home Interior Design concept. The kitchen design allows meeting all requirements for cooking, yet maintaining a coherent appearance owing to luxurious materials used. Deep green cabinets with gold handles create a strong impression and bring some sophistication and refinement to the kitchen appearance. We designed the kitchen as an elegant fusion of functional and minimalistic designs, meant to cater to the cooking needs of modern-day people with ease. In terms of design, the kitchen has been efficiently planned to ensure its functionality and also make sure that it looks elegant. Modern Luxury Home Interior Design has been taken as an inspiration in designing this kitchen space. The integrated appliance cabinet has been installed in a compact manner to include the built-in microwave and oven. These appliances are located adjacent to the designated coffee bar and the kitchen island. This makes cooking easier and keeps everything organized and neat. The kitchen space has been decorated with a timeless and elegant backsplash made from white marble, having some grey veins on it. The centerpiece of the terrace is a pergola made of wood and equipped with a glass skylight which provides natural illumination during the daytime and recessed lighting at night. In this way, it clearly emphasizes the seating area while creating a sophisticated ambience within the terrace itself. The seating area consists of a low wooden table covered with a circular carpet made of stones and accompanied with a stylish sofa set and armchairs.
